Very loose-fitting, unlined, below hip jacket has neckband and front band, dropped shoulders, pockets with mock bands and long sleeves pushed up. Slightly flared, bias skirt, lower calf, has waistband with carriers, and side zipper. Loose-fitting blouse has collar, dropped shoulders, shoulder pads, back pleated into yoke with forward shoulder seams, concealed button closing, shaped hemline, long sleeves pleated into button cuffs and shaped tie. Purchased belt. AMERICAN DESIGNER JOSEPH PICONE. Vogue out of print sewing pattern printed in 84 and added 2/2/14.
