Return Policy

Our family wants everyone to be happy with their pattern. We will return funds for any pattern that does not meet stated quality. Please let us know as soon as possible after the pattern arrives so we can resolve any problem that may happen. We do require notification within 30 (thirty) days in order to receive a refund. Patterns must be returned when you receive a refund and the pattern must be in the same condition that we shipped the pattern in. We would be willing to exchange similar patterns that are close to the same price.
