Loose-fitting dress, mid-calf or lower calf, has dropped waist bodice, extended shoulders, shoulder pads, slightly flared skirt, back zipper and short sleeves or long sleeves with button pleat. Loose-fitting, unlined, hip length, double-breasted vest has extended, low armholes. All facing and hems are stitched. Vogue vintage out of print sewing pattern made 1985 and added 9/18/13.
