"Simple to make" dress has collar, short kimono sleeves, self fabric cuffs and softly pleated skirt. Front ends of collar may button to dress. V. 2 collar is contrasting. Belt is self fabric or purchased, Left side closes with a zipper in bodice and snaps under pleat in skirt. Rick-rack trimmed plastron is fully lined or faced to edge except when made of felt. Vintage and out of print sewing pattern.
