An updated version of the 70's full-length, sweeping scalloped edge skirt with zipper/waistband closing. The 90's look is an oh-so-feminine and flattering, 8-gore bias swwwwirl with a closer sillouette beginning with an elasticized waist, and ending wit a full but even hemline at mid-calf. A quick, one-pattern piece, serger project (also including directions for the sewing machine). Sewing pattern copyright 94 and added 10/31/17 by td.
