Loose-fitting, lined vest has low armholes, side panels (no side seams), welts, shaped front hemline and cap sleeves. Straight skirt, below mid-knee, has waistband, side front pockets and back zipper and hemline vent. purchased top. Vogue out of print sewing pattern made 1990 and added 09/22/2013.
