Misses Folk Art Dress: Dress is a very comfortable loose fitting dress with drop shoulders. There are two dress styles; v.1 has eight panels and V. 2 has patchwork at the bottom. The appliques can be Quick Fused or machine appliqued. Instructions are also included to make a waist cincher [fabric covered elastic with clips at the ends] to pull in fullness in the back. The pattern includes step-by-step illustrated instructions.
